Hello,
During this meeting, we had the opportunity to hear from Lilya and Shareeah! Lynne shared about a recent health-related thing she is going through, as well as the tools we can use when we are faced with something that brings up fear. Lilya shared about a recent reaction she had at a party, and was able to find the point that was triggering for her, and was able to see the same situation through a different lens. We got to hear from Shareeah as she shared about how her relationships have transformed over the last few years!
As always, it is a pleasure to hear from you all!
